In a city where the pizza is legendary and the standards are sky-high, Sal Anthony’s Mia Pasta has held its ground for over five decades. Tucked into the heart of Manhattan’s Lower East Side, our shop blends old-world Italian recipes with a no-nonsense New York work ethic.

We’re not fancy — we’re real.

From scratch-made sauces simmered all morning to fresh dough hand-tossed behind the counter, every plate we serve is a nod to family, flavor, and the streets that raised us.

Our founder, Sal Anthony, opened the doors in 1966 with one mission: feed the neighborhood with food made from the heart. Today, we still carry that promise forward, one giant slice and steaming bowl of pasta at a time.
